Outside, steps from the terrace lead up to a large lawned area with plently of space for ball games, including badminton. Beyond this area is the is the private solar heated 10 metre pool with underwater lighting, shower and its own terrace with loungers: this area has security fencing and a child-proof gate.

There is a herb garden for your use.

Bikes, various ball games, badminton, table tennis and fishing rods are all available and indoors there is a well stocked cupboard of board games, jig-saws, cards and toys.
Children are welcome and there are 3 cots, 2 high chairs, baby-bath and 2 push chairs available. We also have a sturdy paddling pool ( and even a wig-wam !)
